Did you mean:

no default label for the dialled number

Dears,

We have icm 7.5 integrated with ivr 7.0

On one of the scripts that it is associated with a certain call type:

Some of the calls (45%) are failing on “run external script” and going from the false exit of this node.

On the router log viewer, I am getting the following error:

“no default label available for dialed number …”

From the router:

12:21:05:467 rb-rtr Trace: Runscript sent. Dialog (37913 37913 8653 : 0 0) pending

12:21:06:498 rb-rtr Trace: Dialog (37911 37911 8651 : 0 0) handling dialog error conf, Call state(39780600).

12:21:06:498 rb-rtr Trace: Deleting Dialog (37911 37911 8651 : 0 0).

Any idea what can cause a similar issue?

thanks

no default label for the dialled number

The router isn't going to give you any good information, you will need to get the MIVR logs this call.  Do you have a single IP IVR or two?  If two, does this fail on both IP IVRs?
