No option to create templates in WIM

Hi, We're implementing a WIM pilot and we're unable to create template for the entry point as a result we've been using the default template. In some of the other discussions in this forum I've seen that we could see the template option under (Department > Your Department > Chat > Templates) But in our case under the tree pane under chat we see only entry point option, there is no option of template. Is this because we're using demo license for the pilot system? Kindly help Thanks Kishore

Just a wild stab.  There is basic & advanced licence... you guessed it.  The basic does not allow modification of custom fields.  If you are using basic, this may be the issue...

I suppose that's because you are using 9.X version of CIM. eGain has made quite a few modification and that is one of them. In version 9 you just need to copy defualt template folder (should be "sunburst") with different name. Folder is stored "<home>\eService\templates\chat\" Then in EntyPoint URL you must change "sunburst" to name that you gave to your folder.
