No voice heard on the ctios client

Hello All,

i'm deploying an ucce, everything is working fine till now, but when the script transfers the caller to an agent, after pickup no sound is heard,

Don't you think you should supply more information?

Think of this forum in the same way you think of opening a TAC case - the more information you supply up front, the less time you will have to spend in a back and forth dialogue.
