There was couple of threads back for this feature before 4.0.4 came out.
Is the Not ready pop now available in 4.0.4? Or do we still have to do a database query with a third party application pop ?
Mainly, I need to have a screen pop notifies the agent when they forget to hit ready again.

The top and bottom of the Agent Desktop window that shows the agents' state. There is not an automatic message notifying the agent

Me being one of the original posetrs of one of the threads you mention, I just needed to reply, as I am curious to know if indeed this feature is now available.
As far as I understood it should, but I haven?t upgraded yet (planned for next year). As far as I recall from some earlier posts ithad to be configured using the supervisor desktop team performance messages (or something like that), but I am not sure.
Please let me know when you find out, as I would love to know if it really works ;-)
