Hi Team,
i have configured Office 365 mail server on Social Miner 11.6 in my lab, when i do "Test configuration" it gives error "CSQs Configuration Errors" + "Email Username and Password do not match." in Red Fonts.
In "CCBU-ccpapi.2018-05-30T12-37-59.394.startup.log" log i found this error - " smtp connection check for smtp.office365.com:587 Result {FAILURE=AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE} "
further when i logged in with Agent in Finesse i got email received on Office 365 account but was not able to send.
I have tried below smtp address too for Office 365 but did not work.
1. outlook.office365.com
2. smtp.office365.com
3. mail.in.fcm.travel
kindly suggest where to see what has gone wrong.

Problem got solved, actually Office 365 account i was trying to configure was an Virtual account. when i changed to proper account then it started working fine.
