One Button Login for IP Phone Agents error

Use CCM(4.1.3) and CRS(4.0.5) in my customer environment. They hope we can do this service in CCM. I try to use this document to do this kind of service. In my IP Phone(7960), if I put "services" button. It always shows

username:

password:

Enter User ID and Password

I have no idea what's happen.Could anybody please help me? I will be crazy@.@.

Hi,

please double check your paramters:

ext.

id.

pwd.

and re-subsribe the service to a phone with the correct values included.
