One Way voice during silent monitoring

Hi,

I am trying to do a silent monitoring through the CAD supervisor desktop but unusually I am able to hear the agents voice but not the customers voice...checked for sniffer traces and it looks fine, checked for vlan or span configuration even though it was not required...and the phones are 7940..ccm version is 4.2.3 and the cad version 7.0..Any help in getting this fixed

I've found the monitoring difficult via CAD. We switched to a third party Cisco partner. Nice and Telrex are two good ones.
