Opsconsole Control Center: Call Server status is down

We have CVP deployment 7.2

In the Ops console the call server status is showing down. But there is no issue in the call routing.

I have performed teh steps described in the trouble shooting guide. but no luck.

  1. From the command line, run %CVP_HOME%\bin\tac\reimage.bat on the Call Server.
  2. Restart the Operations Console Resource Manager (ORM) service.
  3. Log in to the Operations Console, and choose Device Management > CVP Call Server. Save & Deploy to save the changes and apply them to the Call Server.

Sometimes the comms between the resource manager service on the Call Server and the Ops Console gets messed up. Restart that puppy.

Run "services.msc".

Restart "Cisco CVP Resource Manager".

That will fix it.

Thank you verymuch Geoff....

Hi Geoff,

when i restarted the CVP Resource manage from call server.

It showed UP and after one min , it went down status again...

i tried resrting the same, but no luck..

Can you post your CVP error log?
