Out of sync Desktop Supervisor recordings palyback.

Hi Guys,

We are having an issue that when playing back a recording that was conducted in Desktop Supervisor, that the caller and agent quite often get out of sync and sometimes to the fact that it nearly sounds as though they are talking over each other.

I am assuming that listening to these recordings is pretty much a stream from the server that holds and mixes the recorded audio??? Has any one ever come across this at all?

Any info much appreciated!
