Outbound call report values are incorrect

Outbound calls shown in icd_agent_call_summary_chart report (Historical Reporting) are less then actual calls made by the agent

CUCM version = 6.0

UCCX version = 5.0

I have seen this problem as well on 5.0.

Someone told me that only calls made using the dialer within the Cisco Agent Desktop are recorded in the reports.

Can anyone confirm whether this is the case.

I am currently dealing with this issue on ver 4.0(5)_SR1 as well. Using the CAD keypad does not resolve the issue in this version.

I logged at TAC case for the 5.0(1) UCCX problem.

It is a bug and is solved in 5.0(2).
