Outbound, callresult 13 and 16

Hi!

Question about Cisco Outbound Option (7.0):

What callresult=13 means? Is it

a) dialer cancelled a ringing call

b) error code, if so, what it means?

c) normal callresult?

What's callresult=16? Is it code which appears when dialer abandons call because there is not enough free agents, in progressive or predictive mode?

So when I set abandon calls limit to 2% in Cisco Configuration manager, system monitors callresults 16?

It's strange that we still got callresult=13 even when the settings are:

-lines per agent = 1.0

-maximun lines per agent=1.0

Is it possible that Cisco dialer makes nuisance calls even in progressive mode with those parameters? So that customer receives very short call (1-2 seconds) which dialer cancels because some unknown errors????

So I guess this result 13 is normal callresult?

Any Cisco professionals here, maybe from development team?

Same time when system has called to phone number 091234567 and got CallResult=13 to Dialing_List tables, there is CallDisposition=26, PeripheralCallType=7 for that phone number in Termination_Call_Details -table.

According documentation CallDisposition=26 means "U-Abort, Not currently used"

Uhm, what's this? U-Abort?

Seems to be "In Outbound Option: this result code indicates the outbound call was stopped before the customer picked up"

But I would like to know is this normal result code.

Hello,

if tcd.CallDisposition = 13 AND the call is ICM routed, this means the OO agent handled the call "ab ovo usque ad mala" - this is what you are probably looking for.
