I am a reporting guy and facing a typical problem. All the outbound calls placed by an agents are not being counted in the webview reports. I wonder if there is any setting which needs to be changed.

I suggest you to re-run the setup on your box first without uninstall the software

If your system is not Outbound Option, your problem same with me.

In IPCC 6.0,Outbound calls via [CTIOS]MakeCall are not counted as outbound call (PeripheralCallType=9). They count all internal call (PeripheralCallType=10).

I think TAC is required.

Take a look at this.

I have System IPCC and CCM 4.1 and all we had to do was switch on Overlap sending and magically all the 10s in PeripheralCallType became 9's! However we now have a minor issue in that on our 7940 phones when you hit redial softkey the display remains blank until the call connects. Redialling from the placed calls list or dialing from CAD are uneffected.

Hope this helps.
