I am getting CallResult value 0 in sql query for agent based Preview_Direct_only campaign. I am trying to figure out the meaning of this value.
While checking the CallStatusZone1 and CallStatusZone2 i found out that CallStatusZone1 value is 'A' while CallStatusZone2 value is 'P'.
In the campaign Call Target only Zone1 is checked.
The 'A' means the record is currently cached or being dialed by the dialer. 0 result indicates no call result recorded yet.
