I need to configure 2 variables for one of my customer to populate the customer info for outbound agent. They want to fix the call type ctios variable value to some decimal number and also want to put the ANI to some peripheral variable. How can i achieve this task.
Customer wants to see ANI in variable 2 and Campaign ID in Account number account number we can set in import files for every campaign & they also want to see Calltype value 18 and I dont find any variable in ICM script where I Can set Calltype value to 18.
