Outbound IVR based

Dear all,

I want to deploy Outbound Dialer with CVP.

I use ICM 7.2.5 and CVP 4.1.

If anyone had experience on it, please share me a script or a idea.

well deploying outbound dialer with CVP or ICM is really the same except for the scripting. There is plenty of great docs out there for outbound dialer. The following are 3 good references

The troubleshooting one will pretty much show you step for step how to do one. DO NOT forget the administrative script's they show. It is absolutely necessary for it to work.

Can you send me one script for CVP outbound dialer?

Now I have some confusings about this outbound works with CVP,because in the document there only a script for IVR.
