outbound number feeding length problem

HI,

WE HAVE DEPLOYED OUTBOUND SOLUTION AND WE ARE FACING PROBLEM WHILE FEEDING DATA INTO TEXT FILE ON LOGGER. WE CAN ONLY ADD 9 DIGITS NUMBER IN FILE. THE NUMBER MORE THAN 9 DIGITS ARE NOT DIALING OUT. PLS ADVISE IF AYBODY HAS ALREADY FACED THIS.

The import definition for Phone01 is varchar(20).  See Appendix E, Dialing_List table columns, Outbound User Guide 7.0

Did you configure it correctly in your Import Definition?

If you stop the Dialer, and run dialogictest using a port, and make a call using that test tool to the number you are trying to reach, does it work? This will test Call Manager's inserting of the switch prefix and the long distance carrier prefix.
