Outbound option can not register on the Campaign Manager!

Hi

This is a question about outbound option. The attachment is the print screen about Logger and BA_dialer. In the BA_Dialer,"registering with campaign manager" is display every seconds. How can I solve it ?

Maybe you could export the ICM registry from the Dialer for us to take a look at.

Has the Dialogic Global Call library been installed yet?

upgrade to the Dialogic version for 4.6(2)SR2. This is 5.1(1) GC 3.0 SP 1.
