Everything seem fine dialer status all active, MR PG active

After contact imported, GW begin to dial contact number but just 1 ring and call disconnected before I can pickup.

I'm not use SIP Proxy, Dialer directly connect to GW.

fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none
h323
sip
  bind control source-interface Loopback0
  bind media source-interface Loopback0
  rel1xx require "100rel"

dial-peer voice 2002 voip (Inbound dialpeer)
session protocol sipv2
incoming called-number .T
voice-class sip rel1xx require "100rel"
dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal h245-alphanumeric
codec g711ulaw

Re: Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

If you run debug ccsip mess, do you see a CANCEL message coming from the dialer? The disconnect is being sent to the carrier, not being received.

See if the SIP signaling looks like this:

SIP Dialer --INVITE--> Gateway

Gateway -- 100 Trying--> Dialer

Dialer --CANCEL--> Gateway

Re: Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

We're expericing something very similar where we see a cancel from the dialer, did anyone get a solution?

Thank you,

Re: Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

Hi

Did anyone get a solution for this. I have managed to see from the dialer logs that it is sending a cancel because it is giving  a  NODIALTONE error. In my case we are using a CUBE.

thanks

Re: Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

So from your config I see a Dial Peer for the incomming call from Dialer, and a uotbound Pots port but after the connect is established what do you intend on doing with the call ?

I would expect a Dial peer to deliver the call to an agent via CUCM sip trunk or a Dial Peer with a CVP label to route to a VRU script.

Re: Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

Hi,

We have faced this issue before and you need to create a route, SIP dialer route for that number.

for eg. the number for agent based campaign is 6111 u need to create a route for dialer for this number in the config manager.

Thanks

Outbound SIP Dialer UCCE

You need to create a label for the campaign DN u created with RC of dialer and NEtwork VRU shd be CVP VRU.
