Outbound skill-groups? Possible to set priorities?

Agent is member in 3 outbound skill-groups. Is it possible to set different priorities to them?

Do you want the agent to handle calls in the 3 skillgroups at different priorities? Suppose skill1 is higher than skill2, you always want the agent to handle skill1 first even if skill2 calls are waiting longer? This cannot be done. The priorities will apply only to calls in the same queue.
