Outgoing calls missing from CTI OS Supervisor Desktop

After upgrading the ICM components from 6.0.0.0 to sr5 and changing the gateway facing the PSTN from H.323 to MGCP supervisors report they are unable to see where the agents are calling to if making an off-net (external) call, using the gateway.

Has anyone experienced such an issue?
