Does this solution enable agents to log in to a single select CSQ while being in multiple CSQ's?

First PCCE doesn't have a notion of CSQs, it uses skillgroups or precision queues.  No, you can't just login go a single skill if you posses multiple skills.  You could look at CCMP to allow agents to do this themselves or have multiple IDs for each agent, or have your supervisors move agents around.
