Hi,
We are planning to test something in our labs with SIP Custom header. The environment consists of Cisco Call Manager & ICM. Would like to check if the custom SIP header that`s passed on from our application through the CCM could be retrieved in the ICM. If so , would like somebody to please advise as how to extract the same for use in the ICM scripts.

Are you trying to pull the data into Variables from SIP Headers, am I understanding that correctly?

You are perfectly right Chad. We would like to pull data from custom SIP headers and store it into the ICM variables.
