We use persistent variables to control opening hours and such at a customer site with IPCC Enterprise 6. The user and persistent variables and their values are written to the hds tables t_User_Variable and t_Persistent_Variable (after changing the Persistent registry key value for the logger). This way we can access them from applications displaying different queue information. However, we have not found this to be true in IPCC 7.0. We simply cannot get the system to write the variable values to the t_Persistent_Variable table in any database. This is critical as we are to upgrade a customer site from IPCC 6 to 7. Anyone had any experiences with this that might help me out?
