PG1A vrupim in Activating state

My PG1A VRUPIM is in Activating state and I can see in the vrupim process '' Attempting to connect to VRU at IP of ICM port 0. Please find the enclosed file.

Could you please any suggest me how should I solve this issue?

And , Where should I configure port no?

Hi Suryanarayana Chintu,

Please provide the correct VRU connection port on the VRU PIM configuration. Definately it is not zero as in your case.

By default it is 5000. You can crosscheck this by logging into your IVR admin->Subsystems->ICM->VRU connection port.
