Place a Call Step (IPCC Express)

The 'Place a Call' step has 6 legs : 'Successful', 'No Answer', 'Busy', 'Invalid', 'No Resource' and 'Unseccful'.

I think that the call is 'successful' if the dialed person answers or even if we get an answering machine.

Is there a solution to know if a paerson answered the call or if we got an answering machine?

I don't belive so as to make the distinction you would require answer detection hardware/software build into IPCC which it does not. Usually only predictive dialer have this build it, and in general work about 70% of the time.
