Place an uploaded prompt to a subfolder

I have a prompt recording step working, but I need to place the file in a subfolder within the [en_US] folder. I've played with trying to get this prompt into a subfolder, but the script is not accepting any combinations that I've tried... can anyone tell me where I would put the folder name?

Thank you,

Debbie

I should have included the version... it's UCCX 8.0.2.

Thank you for that; however, I can already get the prompt to the en_US folder.  I need to place the prompt into the en_US/KnownIssue folder.

Hi,

The Upload Prompt step will not work unless the user specified in the step is an authenticated user. Use

the Authenticate User step before the Upload Prompt step to authenticate the user.

Please refer the section "Upload Prompt Step" in the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Editor Step Reference Guide,

Thanks,

Anand

Anand,

As I said... this is working, it is just putting the prompt in en_US and I need it to be in en_US/KnownIssue/promptname.  KnownIssue is a subfolder inside en_US.

Ok.. the answer is...

In the variable that is used for the prompt name, specify the subfolder:
