Place Call using different CSQ

Hello All,

does anyone has a sample scirpt showing how to move place call to a different csq

Currently:    caller -->  admin csq  --> no agent avail -->  queued --> option to call back --> record msg --> Place call

I would like to place call to get agents in the callout csq.

Hi Derrick,

Support forum does not allow us to upload .exe/.aef file .So I uploaded doc file which explain the script flow
