Place Call

Anyone used the Place Call applet?

What I'm trying to do is using the Get Reporting Statistic on one of my CSQs to populate a variable. I then want to use an if statement that if the variable equals 3 then UCCX should place a call to our paging system. Our paging system can be programmed to play specific messages based on the called number.

I thought the Placed Call applet would simply be the number that I want to call. It looks to need three variables at a minimum and I'm not sure how to make this work.

Any ideas?

you can get the CSQ stats and put that into a variable. Create an conditional statment with 3 or 4 possible outcomes based on the value.

If these numbers are constant then all you have to do is redirect call to that number in each branch.

Thanks for the fast response Baseer. I realize that I could do that, but want to keep the call in queue.

I simply want to notify people via the paging system that they need to make themselves ready. Don't want to transfer the call.

Should have mentioned that in my initial post.

Also should have added that we're running 7.01 SR3.
