Poling Windows Services with SNMP on HDS and Progger

Hello,

i'm trying to configure cisco snmp management on progger and HDS.

In best practice , it's allow to use SNMP windows service on IPIVR but with progger and HDS we must use Cisco SNMP Agent.

SNMP Windows service on IPIVR works find, all services are up in nagios.

I use the same script for poling IPIVR but it doesn't work.

The configuration of Cisco agent is done with MMC 

There is a particular configuration ? , i put the community in snmp windows too but nothing change

In general configuration there is just CISCO-CONTACT-CENTER-APPS-MIB but the windows services are in the MIB HOTS-RESSOURCES-MIB

I need to change the SNMP Notification Type ?

Silly question. Are the machines from which you make the SNMP GET in the "restricted hosts" list?

^^ the restricted host is my nagios so it's good.
