Position in Queue from multiple triggers

All,

When testing Position in Queue function, I noticed that if the application has multiple triggers, then Position In Queue will not show the coorect position.

For example, two triggers for an application, 4001 and 4002

One call on each triiger

Wallboard showing two calls are queued for the CSQ.

Position in queue function states both calls are First in queue.

Not sure whether this is because my script problem, or it is just the designed behaviour.

Is there a way to make Position In Queue function to tell the true position when calls come from different triggers?

Thanks,

Wenqian Yu

Position in Queue from multiple triggers

Found out why.

One trigger was configured with higher priority. If I make two triggers the same level of priority, call to second trigger does tell its position correctly.
