Currently we have about 200 800 numbers that ring into our system. Just found out that they want to add over 500 more.
Currently we overwrite the 4 digit DNIS with a 5 digit number that corresponds to a unique Route Point/ICM dialed number for each line.
My question is: Is there anyway to pass the DNIS to ICM or IVR while still translating it to a 5 digit route point?
