PREVIEW_DIRECT and CAD Reservation alert

Hello all,

We are using Cisco Dialer on the  UCCE 9.0.3 platform.

We use the PREVIEW_DIRECT dialing mode of campaign. The call is presented to an AVAILABLE agent and the agent needs to manually Accept/Reject/Skip the calls. The amount of time that the call is presented to agent is controlled via the 'PreviewReservationTimeout'.

I wanted to know if there is way to provide a tone or audio alert on the CAD or ring on the IP Phone when the Preview call is presented to the agent.

 

Any thoughts/suggestions?
