Prioritize incoming calls

I am using one CSQ for a number of incoming call numbers. Does anyone know of a way to prioritize calls so that if they come in from a different number it can take prioirity over existing calls in the Queue?

You can use the Set Priority step (in IPCCX Enhanced and Premium) to change the default priority of a call; all calls have a default priority of "1". You can set priorities based on called and calling numbers, depending on what you need to achieve.

I have IPIVR 3.1(2), how do I find out if it's enhanced or premium version?

The email and http subsystems are only available in the premium version.
