Problem with Cisco Agent Desktop realtime statistic

UCCE 9.0(3) CAD 9.0(3)

In workspace agent does not work realtime statistic. When agent select Agent ACD State Log Display, Agent Call Log Display, Agent Statistic Display option from the drop down menu statistic not show.

But  Contact Service Queue Statistics Display  when I select Contact Service Queue Statistics Display option from the drop down menu I can see realtime statistic for this items.

How I can fix this problem? I try use client CAD on Windows XP SP3 x86, Windows 7 SP1 x86, Windows Server R2 Standart x64 but problem not depends from OS.

Hi, Gergely, problem was resolve. Service  Cisco Recording and Statistics Service not started. :)
