Problems at installation of QM ( Cisco unified workforce optimization )

Hello to all ,

I have a QM, Product Version (QM 8.0 (2)) ,  when I run the postinstall.exe gives me errors (attached ). Can you give me some advice ?

Hi Hugo,

QMPI2000 :

Text:Cannot retrieve information .

Type:Error

Add’l Info:The data for the specified screen could not be loaded.

Action:Verify Directory Services is running.

Action:Verify database is running.
