problems with monitoring port on IPCC server

I have IPCC Express 4.0(4) Premium with Call Manager 4.1(2). I have one IPCC server with two NIC's. One "normal" and other for monitoring. I have configured monitoring port with some other IP (172.16.255.10/24) and I have configured RSPAN on switches. I can see a calls between agents and callers.

But, after restart of server I get error that my server will shut down after one minute. I cann't see ane packets that coming in monitor port. When I disable monitor port and restart server everything is OK, and then I can enable monitor port and every thing is OK.

I didn't do anything in registry settings.

What to do?

Thanks

That's problem with name resolving, try to ping your computer name. If it 172.16.255.10 that's no good. Go to Network connections windows than click tab advanced, than advanced options and put your monitor card to second place and network card connected to your network to first place.

I hope that this solves your problem. Please rate this post.
