We are using IPCCE 7.1.x, CM 4.x and CAD 7.1.x. Our users wanted to see the skill group the call came in displayed in both their CAD desktop and on their IP phone.
I have modified my scripts to put a 'skill group' description into call var6 and changed the CAD desktop layout to display the contents of call var6 (which has my skill group in it) however our users also would like this description displayed on their IP phone.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can push this description to our IP phones?
