New install of QM 8.5(2) SU1 ES6. Using desktop recording. I can verify that the calls are being recorded and stored locally as .espx files. However, I get an error when the QM service on the desktop attempts to upload the call to the QM server.
I see an error about "Agent not found." My Windows username and QM login name match. Not sure what could be going on. Has anyone seen this before?
