QM archiving to onboard HD and network storage

Hi - we have a customer with a UCCX-QM server that ran out of disk space - is there

a guide to describe the recommended process to move recordings off the

QM server to a SAN or network drive.  Is this an automatic off load set

up in the configuration.  Im not involved in the installation process - had

this question forwarded to me so wanted to see how to advise the group.

Thanks

Mike Kana

Recordings are stored on the QM server in the below location.  You can move older files off of here, but once you do, they won't be available for review by a supervisor or manager, so you should only move files you don't need to QA any longer.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\QM\recordings

In case you have your files saved in a different location, youc an find that out by logging in to the QM Admin app and go to Enterprise - Site Configuration - Upload Settings.  You will see the folder location for the Screen Server and Voice Server
