QM not getting metadata from UCCX

I have configured the metadata in QM and configured IPC action in UCCX. I have linked an icon on the CAD to metadata IPC action. But when I click this icon the metadata is not showing up in the QM.

How do I trouble shoot this problem?

Hi Solomon,

I'd first turn on debug CAD desktop logs then check to see if the IPC action is being sent by CAD to the correct destination and port (remember that the type of recording changes where you send the event, if you are doing desktop recording then you send the IPC event locally but if it's server or network recording then you need to send the event to the server on the correct port).

If you're doing desktop recording I'd then check the SqmService logs locally on the desktop in the WFO_QM\log directory to see if you see the event from CAD and then work from there. Likewise if it's server or network recording, check the logs on the server for the event.

That should give you an idea of if at least the communication is flowing correctly between the different components
