Quality Management 8.5(2): license not detected

Hi all,

Curently i am deploying CCX 8.5.1 wtih AQM 8.5.2

I already succes instal ccx and QM.

But i'm having trouble when i try to configure QM (post installation)

At "enterprise setting" step, QM cannot detect the license so i can't continue to next step

currently i use premium demo license for ccx. Is it a problem?

Any suggestion will be appreciated

Quality Management 8.5(2): license not detected

You need QM licenses which need to be applied to UCCX server. Do you have those?

Is there any ohter license that i need except CCX premium user?

Where can i get that license?

Yes, having CCX premium license does not entitle you to QM functionality. You need QM license which also gets applied towards CCX server. you can either get Compliance Recording, Quality Management, or Advanced QM. Here is an example of product part for compliance recording:

CCX-85-A-CR-LIC

Which you can order from Cisco through a reseller, ideally GOLD partner which can provide best discount.

Eventually, i got the license but AQM software still can't detect the license from CCX server

Any suggestion

make sure the settings under Unified CC Database are correct. Also, you'll need to restart services in QM for the license to be detected.

which setting ini CC database that you mean? from the guide i read, AQM detect license from daemon service in CCX.

But the daemon service run well.

and also, how can i restart service in QM?

Best thing to do is to reboot the server, then re-run post install.

From memory its in c:\program files\cisco\WFO_QM\bin\postinstall.exe (or similar)
