Quality Management (Calabrio) Workflow Setup / CRS Teams

Hi There,

Do you know if there is a way for Quality Management (a.k.a Calabrio) to distribute calls evenly to 'Groups' in Quality Management?

So, for instance, right now we have 'Teams' setup in CRS and those teams in Quality Management are assigned to 'Groups' in QM Administrator/Personnel/Group Administration. We would prefer not to assign Teams to the groups and have the calls just distribute to groups (outside of teams) evenly... Make sense?
