We have IPCC 7.1 with CVP 3.1 , we had two redundant sides A&B when there huge calls hitting the system an error message appers on both roggers (MDS message Sync delay exceed 3000 ms) . any explain for this
Are you sure you're only seeing this during high call volumes? Do you have a private network between your roggers? If you do, are you using QoS for the MDS packets? I would certainly try and resolve this issues ASAP as a loss of 5 consecutive MDS messages will result in the system to go into symplex, which depending on your PG setup might not be a problem.
