Queue to multiple skills node with requery enabled (double queuing?)
If we have a QUEUE TO SKILL NODE where REQUERY is enabled and we have three rows containing a different skill on each row (i.e. Skill1, Skill2, Skill3). If the a call qualifies to be requeried because an Agent with Skill3 didn't answer and then the fail out point of the QUEUE TO SKILL NODE is reached as a requery event is determined and feeds that call back into the same QUEUE TO SKILL NODE. Will that single call now appear as queued twice within Skill1 and Skill2 and single queued within Skill3. Or when REQUERY occurs is that call removed from all skill queues within all three skills it was formerly / initially queued within?
