"User does not exist" error shown in IPCC (6.0) Admin Workstation

Hi, all.

I found the following error message in the Admin Workstation lgr dumplog file.

10:28:41 dis-lgr SQL Server User Error: 15007, State 1, Severity: 16, Message: The login 'IPCC_XXXXXXXXX ' does not exist.

where XXXXXXXXX is the name of the agent.

What could be the problem? Any professional advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Eric

It simply means the agent IPCC_XXXX does not exist, maybe deleted? login name changed...etc. Check if you can login with that agent?s account, you may also check Config Manager->Security->Deleted Objects

Hi Karzazi,

Thanks for sharing your thought. I think the users still exist, and they are mostly the Supervisors in the call center.

There have not been any change on their names as well.

Could it be something related to the Window User Active Directory in the IPCC domain?

Thanks,

Eric

Yes maybe.

Are the supervisors getting any error when logging in? did you check the Eventviewer?

It is a bug (CSCma24889). You can check the bug tool-kit for more information on this.

This error appears for the users in active directory of ICM created through Supervisor agents. This will not affect the performance on your system, its cosmetic.

Hope this helps.
