"work" icon greyed out

IPCC 4.02. I noticed that the "work" icon on agent desktop greyed out on the agents PC. PC are running XP with either SP1 or SP2. Has anybody noticed this?

this option in only available during a call, click it and you will go to work mode for the time set in app admin
