Radianta and Call Recording of remote Agents

We currently have Radianta installed and configured in our environment supporting UCCX for remote Agents.   Our Cisco Agent Desktop has been customized by Radianta to provide:

- conference

- cold transfer

- warm transfer

- and individual reset of Radianta Agent connection

The UCCX and Radianta servers are both installed in the same location.  

I tried unsuccessfully to span the Radianta traffic to our QM server for Call Recording.

Is there another solution that I can possibly try to implement.
