Reactive Debug in CRA Editor is VERY slow?

Has anyone seen this - when preforming a reactive debugging session in the editor, it moves through the steps very, very slowly (using the editor on my notebook across the network) - when I try it on the server - it runs at "normal" speed - usually so fast, it's hard to keep up. I've ran this many times before across the network with no problems until now...any ideas? Also, this is on IPCC Express 3.5(3)

I'm taking the position that the network is fine since this is the only thing that is having an issue. Looking for an answer other than "check the network".

Just check whether you are facing CSCea60287, and upgrade the server if so.

No - the script opens fine - it's the actual debugging process - moving from one step to another that is painfully slow. The server version is IPCC Express 3.5(3).
