Normally an agent can control his/her status Ready / Not Ready in finesse by the drop down selection. Now I want set up a CTI device which is a camera to detect whether the agent is on his/her sit. If the agent is on sit, the state will automatically changed to Ready. If the agent is not on sit, the state will auto change to Not Ready. I want to disable the pull down menu for the Agent.
