Hi,
We are using IPCCX 4.0 for CallDesk, and we'd like to show on a big screen the Real Time Reporting Web Page. I just want to know if there is a way to access this specific webpage without being an administrator of the IPCCx server.
Thanks for help
Fabian

Fabian,
You can create a Supervisor user and you have to access the http://ipccexpressmachine/AppSupervisor. Logs in as the supervisor user you have created and you could see a link to the real time statics in the same way as if you were an administrator.
Hope this helps,
Juan Luis

Hi Leo,
I already send you an email 2 weeks ago and you replied to me but I was unable to set up the wallboard. I'm with version 4.0(1) of Ipcc express and still unable to make it work.
I followed your documentation from the beginning to the end but doesn't work.
Maybe i'm a nOOb...
That's why we decide to use Cisco wallboard.
Thx
Fabian

If you are interested my company has developed an inexpense Wallboard / Dashboard application for IPCC Express. Attached is a small brochure. You can contact me at Sales@bcbd.biz.
